NOTE..

Candidates will travel from India to Dubai on a tourist visa. This visa allows them to legally enter and stay in Dubai for a limited period, usually 30 or 60 days, during which they can search for job opportunities. After arrival, candidates are required to attend walk-in interviews with different companies across Dubai, especially in industrial and commercial areas.

Job selection is based on performance in interviews, skills, and experience. Once a candidate is selected by a company, the employer will initiate the process of converting the tourist visa into an employment visa. This includes medical tests, documentation, and issuance of a valid work permit according to UAE labour laws.
